Business training

Rivers of Joy Ministries strongly believe that each human being has the right to earn a living through their work, whether that is working as an employee in a company or starting and running their own business. As such we want to enable as many people as possible to become financially stable and prosperous. The ministry is engaged on the front line of defeating ignorance and poverty wherever it operates. We do this not through constant donations and financial support, that only lasts a short while and does not solve the problem. Our action is instead to enable people to become self-sufficient through their work or business. This will last a lifetime!

Our founder, Alex Tana, has a long and successful business experience alongside his ministry career. He is totally committed to train and empower individuals to earn a decent living by training them, coaching them and mentoring them to be successful in their work and/or business. He has worked for many years in all these areas and he is a recognised expert of start-up businesses and entrepreneurship. In addition his deep knowledge of human beings and his training and experience as a business and life coach make him the ideal person for this project. He has recently founded and launched a “School of entrepreneurship” which is offering to the whole ministry for free.
