Already known and sanctified by God

One of the most amazing revelations of the love of God and of His perfect plan of salvation for each one in us is found in Jer 1: 5 where God says to the prophet "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you;." And that declaration applies to each one of us. It applies to you and me and to every human being that has ever lived on planet earth, to all of us today and to everyone else who will come after us. Hallelujah! What God is saying is that even before the egg in your mother's womb was fertilized and turned into an embryo God already knew you! Even before your mother conceived you God knew you! God is the source of life, the master creator, and we are all ultimately His sons and daughters.

And even now that we are born and growing up God knows us. He knows us inside out, He knows what we think and what we feel. He knows what we look at, what we listen to, what we watch. He knows what we say, what we do and where we go. he knows our mind and our heart and nothing is hidden to Him. He knows our joys and our tears. He knows our battles, our defeats and our victories. God knows us best that you do yourself and best than everyone else! But that's not all! Because in the same way God has also already sanctified us; in other words, set us apart. What this means is that Like Paul says in Eph 1: 3 and following even before we were born we were blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ, we were pre-destined to be in God's Kingdom and already adopted to be sons and daughters of God! Oh praise the Lord! Isn't this a reason to rejoice again today and to thank Him for His amazing love for us? Come on let's do it!
